The White Brick Kitchen is famous for
their brunch. They originally started off serving it on just Saturdays and Sundays,
but the demand was so high that they now do it six days a week. So let’s go inside
and much. So we got a bunch of different brunch classics here today. The first one
being the grilled cheese and the eggs Benny. This was to die for! It was so
good! They start off by using two thick
slices of marble rye and for the cheese they use mozzarella and cheese curds.
The cheese curds adds an extra texture, it’s like very meaty and thick when you
bite into it and they use a tomato jam on the inside as well. To top it all
off, like I said, they have eggs Benny and when you cut into it, the egg
mixes with the cheese and everything is like ooey gooey and delicious. The
Palais Royale is what I would like to call a monster!
It’s basically chicken and waffles. It’s done a little bit differently though. So
at the base is your waffle and on top there’s a half pound of chicken tenders
=that’s all white meat. Then they top it off with two fried eggs and some
Hickory sticks. You can also choose to get the bone in on your chicken and
waffles, but in that version all of it is dark meat. Now that the weather is
starting to cool down you really need a good hearty bowl of mac and cheese to
warm you up and they have a really delicious one here. They use four cheeses
in there mac, so that includes mozzarella, gouda, American and cheddar. Let me tell you the cheese pull on this mac and cheese is epic. I like
lifted it and started drooling immediately. They also serve it with
a side of crackers just to give it an extra crunch to contrast like the gooeyness in the macaroni and you can also get a top with
bacon. I think this place made an excellent choice like shifting over to
100% brunch they do it so well and I’m about to fall into a food coma, so bye guys!
