Saoji Chicken/Mutton curry. Today, we will show you how to
make ‘Saoji Chicken’ at home. First, take 4 tbsp oil in a pan and heat it. Once oil is hot enough, add
3 finely chopped onions. If you want, you can slice it too. Saute it well until it turns brown. The onions have changed in color.
Let’s add masalas. Firstly, add 2 tbsp coriander seeds. 2 bay leaves. 1 tsp mustard seeds. 1 star anise. 4-5 cloves. 3 green cardamom. One black cardamom. 1 tsp caraway seeds. 1 tsp poppy seeds. 1 tsp stone flower. 7-8 dry red chillies. 2 inch piece of cinnamon. 10-12 black pepper. And 3 tbsp grated dry coconut
and saute it well. Once it is sauted well, switch off
the stove and let it cool down. Once it is cooled, put it in the mixie jar. Add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste. Add some water and blend
it into a smooth paste. Now, add 2 tbsp sorghum powder. Add some water. Masala mixture is ready now. In another pan, add 2 tbsp oil and heat it. Once oil is hot, add 750 gm
chicken and saute it. Saute it for just a few minutes. Once it is sauted well, add masala
mixture and mix it well. Next, add masala water to chicken. Mix it well. Lastly, add salt to taste Cover it with a lid and let it
cook for 20-25 minutes. Chicken curry is done. Let’s switch off the stove
and remove it in a bowl. Garnish it with a coriander leaves. Do try it and impress everyone.
