Today, we’re making a spicy starter
recipe which is Chicken 65. First, we’ll take boneless chicken. This is 500 grams of chicken. And we have to… Wash this nicely and cut it into small pieces. For marination, we’ll add. 1/2 cup curd. We’ll put. 2 tbsp garlic ginger paste. Salt as per taste. 1 tsp chilli flakes. This is a very spicy chicken. Hence,
there will be a lot of chillies. 1 tsp black pepper powder. Coriander seed powder. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder. 1 tsp cumin seed powder. 1/2 tsp mix spice 1 tsp chilli sauce. 1 lemon juice. 2 tbsp cornflour. 2 tbsp rice flour. And coriander leaves. We’ll mix this nicely. We have marinated the chicken well. We’ll close it and keep it for 2-2.5 hours. It’s been 2 hours since the chicken marination. Now, we’ll fry them. The chicken has been fried well. It takes just 5 minutes. Now, we’ll remove them. The chicken has been fried. Now, we’ll temper it. For tempering, we’ll add a little oil. 1 1/2 tsp mustard seeds. Chopped curry leaves. 2 tbsp chopped garlic. We’ll sauté it till the garlic
turns golden brown. We’ll add red chillies. The red chillies. 3-4 chopped green chillies. We’ll lower the gas flame. The garlic has turned into golden brown. We’ll add schezwan sauce. Pinch of salt. 1/2 tsp black pepper powder. Coriander leaves. Now, we’ll add our fried chicken. We’ll mix it. We’ll switch off the gas. And serve it. The south style chicken 65 is ready.
