Leg muscles are the hardest muscles to build for the majority of people, and there is no way you can build much mass without weights. That's just a fact. But the exercises in this video are still good for someone that doesn't have a regular workout regime.

I have a glute question. After an acl surgery. I lost a lot of muacle mass in the leg that the surgery was on. Also the glute. Now i have gained a lot of it back. But I'm missing the glute. What can i do

Going down slow on the calf extensions is better. Don't just drop down quickly. Control the descent.

Great video guys, keep them coming. I have a question regarding the angle of the foot for the back leg. At 3:36 when you step with your right leg I see that the left foot is at an angle to the direction of travel. When pushing off with the backfoot, what is a good angle for the push off, inline with direction of travel at 0 degree or off to the side at 5-10-15 degrees. I know 90 degrees would be ridiculous! Cheers.
