Please Subscribe Today i am going to show how to make delicious Restaurant style chicken Lollipop I have provided the ingredients required in the description box, Please take a look before start preparing the recipe. First make a cut on the bottom portion of chicken wings & drag it upwards to make a Lollipop shape. Take 12 Pieces of Chicken Wings, add salt,1 tbsp lemon juice,1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 1/2 tsp pepper powder,1 tsp Soy sauce,1 tsp red chilli powder. Mix it well & marinate for 1 hour. In another bowl take 1/4 cup Corn flour , add 1/2 Cup Maida , 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder, salt needed for the flour & mix it well. After mixing well, add little bit of water and make it into batter consistency. After 1 hour marination of chicken, drop the chicken pieces into batter and coat it well on all sides. In a heated Pan, add oil and fry the Chicken pieces by turning the sides. Maintain medium flame throughout. Once all the chicken pieces are fried well, move it to plate and keep it aside. In a heated Pan, add 2 tbsp oil and once it is heated, add 6 to 7 very finely chopped garlic cloves,1 tbsp tomato ketchup, 1/2 tbsp Schezwan sauce & saute for 1 min Now add the fried chicken pieces to this & mix it well. Make sure the sauce is coated all over the chicken and saute for 3 mins. Finally before switching off the Flame, add 1 tbsp spring onions mix it well. Switch off the Flame now. Now the delicious Chicken Lollipop is ready, You can wrap the bone with aluminium foil and serve. I hope you will like this recipe.
