The only thing I’ll advise you guys to get apart from whatever spice you want to use, It’s the Tandoori mix. Yes, the Tandoori mix. But you can use any spice you want. You know. ‘Cause I know getting some spices back home (Nigeria) is a bit difficult and a bit too expensive. And this is the onion powder. I have the garlic powder. I have my ground black pepper, and I have my ginger and garlic paste. This is what I’ll be using for the curry paste. This is the Thai red curry paste And, I’ll also be using the Thai coconut milk. So, this is also, I have my onion, I have my knor cubes, and I have my spring onion. Heat a little olive oil, just a little bit. Move it around in the pan. I didn’t get that sizzle-y sound, so. It’s very easy to make couscous. A teaspoon of olive oil. Then we add a spoon of the red curry paste. They have the green one, so if you don’t want to do red, you can also do green. That’s not too much. I don’t want to add too much. This is how it looks. I’m gonna add a (knor) cube, and this makes two knor cubes. About a teaspoon (of black pepper). You don’t need to add any more salt, because the [cubes] can just give you that flavor and taste. After some time, the pepper is okay. Cook for another three minutes. Look at that!
