fried seafood grilled seafood. The next one is Korean Street food. I
think it’s got Korean barbecue Korean Gyoza. That’s beef Bulgogi. and that’s like Gyoza, yes. So they have a fully licensed bar here as well. This food trucks is Taste
of Sicily, we’ve got Sicilian food here really interesting, arancini rice balls,
calzone, cannoli. looks good. this is some
Spanish paella there, cooking a fresh Paella on the truck now. is
this gonna be a seafood one its seafood paella? Wow here’s the finished product
chicken and chorizo paella, when there’s a seafood Paella, look at
the prawns, huge mussels on there. Next up is a really interesting dish.
It’s a Polish Street food. Zapiekanka is a modern Polish Street
food invented in the 70s. The traditional Zapiekanka features half a baguette
topped with sautéed mushrooms, melted cheese chives and tomato sauce. You can
also get different flavors of zapiekanka with meat toppings. The friendly owner
said he’s been selling it for over three years now and invited us on board to see
how it’s made. that’s pretty easy, sauteed mushrooms, and cheese, What’s type of cheese is that ? Don’t think I can tell you… haha. That’ looks like a good blend. Get into the grill, three minutes. three
minutes under the grill that’s on the fresh baguette all right. look at the cheese melting. The cheese is bubbling look at! okay so you’re gonna top it
off sometimes fresh chives, fresh chives freshly cut literally minutes ago.
tomato sauce tomato sauce look at delicious. look so pretty so that’s a traditional
Zapiekanka. can’t wait to try it I’ll let you know.
Wow! look at the melted cheese on there, the gooey melted cheese, look at the
fresh chives on there and the tomato sauce, see the sauteed mushrooms down
there well and this is covered with that cheese. This is all baked on a fresh
baguette, it’s a fresh baguette bread underneath. check it out. This is really
unique because usually when you think of Polish food you think of Pierogies but
this is a modern Street food invented in the 70s and you don’t see many of these
around, so this is the first time I’m trying that. mmm that’s really good! that baguettes
really crunchy and the cheese is really gooey and that sauteed mushrooms, wow!
the sauteed mushrooms really tasty! that’s really really nice and that chive
the fresh chives give it a really nice fresh flavor to it. mmm this is a fantastic Street snack. I’m
really liking this. it’s such a simple Street food, it is so tasty
I think the key to it as well is the mushroom, look at it look at the
cross-section look at the layer of mushroom underneath and the cheese and
it looks so colorful as well with the chives and the tomato sauce at the top.
As you can see they have some entertainment here as well at the food
truck festival, they have a stage with music and they’ve got
amusement rides as well. all right we’ve got a traditional
Australian ice cream truck here, it’s also known as a mr. whippy van. Here we’ve got smoked beef brisket, pulled pork, bigger than Texas barbecue.

sitting down there now, I wonder what’s inside let’s go check it out. This
is a smoker they have here right now, what’s cooking in there ? That’s a beef
brisket 18 hours the briskets gonna be in there. looks awesome.

it. This is a beef brisket that was in the smoker it’s been slow-cooked for
18 hours. Wow look it’s got bits of fatty bits in
there can’t wait to try it. It’s covered in the barbecue sauce, a smoky barbecue
sauce I think. And this coleslaw underneath as well. wow it’s all on this
fresh roll. All right let’s try this slow-cooked beef brisket roll from
bigger than Texas food truck. let’s give it a bite. mmm… that brisket is so tender that fatty
bit just melted in my mouth and that smoky barbecue sauce hmm that smoky

well. this is really good! check out the cross-section here, you can
see the nice beef in there look how juicy it is. And the coleslaw you can see
