Hello ! Welcome to Marathi Kitchen! Today I am sharing Spicy Chicken Curry Recipe made from Country Chicken. Ingredients for this Recipe are- 1/2 kg Country Chicken Ginger, Garlic and Coriander. 2 finely chopped Tomatos Fry 1 Onion in some Oil till it becomes brown. Also roast dry Coconut in Oil. Homemade Mix Masala if not then you can use any Chicken Masala and Red Chilli Powder. Grind roasted dry Coconut. Do not use Water for grinding. Add Fried Onion and grind again. This way we can make fine Paste without adding Water. Grind Ginger-Garlic and Coriander separately. Here, You can add Water while grinding. Nonveg Recipes requires more amount of Paste, make paste accordingly. Heat 1 tbs oil in Cooker. Add 2 tbs Ginger-Garlic and Coriander paste. Add 1tsp Turmeric powder. Add Chopped Tomato and mix well. Add Chicken. Add some Salt. Mix well. Flame should be low. Cover with lid and add glass of Water. This will prevent chicken from getting burnt. After 5 minutes add warm Water from the lid. Country Chicken takes little more time for cooking. Cook till 3 Whistles on low flame. If Chicken is not cooked then cook till one more Whistle. Add 2tbs Oil in Pan. Add remaining Ginger-Garlic-Coriander paste. Add Coconut and Onion Paste. Fry this Masala on low flame. Add 3-4 tbs of Homemade Mix Masala or Chicken Masala. Mix well and saute for 2 Minutes. Add cooked Chicken. We have added Salt while cooking, add more salt if required. Cook the Curry till Chicken gets cooked. Let it cook for another 5 Minutes. Spicy Chicken Curry is ready.
