I bought these last night from “Sap-Gyo” Lake and they’re still alive! So fresh~ Peek-a-boo! So clean~ When you want to eat the noodles cold boil them for 15 minutes and 30 seconds then rinse in cold water “Very cold” water from the filter Gochujang 2, Soy sauce 2, Oligo-syrup 2, Vinegar 3, Red pepper flakes 2, Sesame oil 1, Minced Garlic 1, Sesame seeds several shakes, Water 5 spoons Hello I’m Dorothy! Hiiiii~~~ YA! Today I will be eating THIS This is Spicy Seasoned Abalone with Glass Noodles~~ At first I put in 5 abalones but it seemed too little so I added 2 more, so now 7 two more big ones to make 7 and then added Korean glass noodles the wide Korean glass noodles plus cucumbers, carrots, and onions made the sauce and mix mix mixed~ like so hehe I want to eat it a bit spicy so I’ll add some Korean chili peppers Whoa~ This is hibiscus tea~ Ahh so refreshing~ First ABALONE! I bought them from Sap-Gyo Lake yesterday Tada YUMMM SB=So bouncy! I… boiled it for a little over 15 minutes (Since it will become more bouncy and chewy if you rinse in cold water, I boiled for about 15 min and 30 sec and seasoned it in sauce right away) I used cold filtered water to rinse YAS! If you are having a hot dish like Spicy ricecakes or Spicy braised chicken just boil for 14 minutes and you don’t need to rinse in cold water YUMMM SB SB~ (So Bouncy)~ But then… if I have to rinse in cold water, I boil longer So YUM (The glass noodles have no taste by themselves, just amazing mouthfeel!) I bought the abalones from Sap-Gyo Lake last night They were still alive when I was cleaning them just now So Fresh! Everyone’s been asking about the mouthfeel of the noodles Its similarly chewy and bouncy! Tada~ Abalone and veggies (Why am I cooling it down~? lol) Korean chili peppers like so ABALONE That becomes Chili Peppered Abalone! Open wide Yasss The Abalones are spicy~ Playback speed 2x The abalone is delicious Should I finish? Car-rot Song!~ ~I love carrots~ I like carrots~ Playback speed 1.5x (Carrot Carrot~~) Plackback speed 1.5x Playback speed 2x Tada! I really enjoyed it The Korean glass noodles were really really bouncy 15 min and 30 sec boiled I used a timer I put it to 15 minutes and 30 seconds and boiled it next I rinsed it with cold water and with the filtered water I had drawn I dumped the noodles in there and mix mix mix mixed then you can see the bounciness blooming~ LOL It was so bouncy bouncy and chewy chewy delicious The mouthfeel is amazing you guys Just don’t overcook then it could get kinda limp but if you are eating them cold boil 15 min and 30 sec next drop it cold water and the bounciness will bloom up and mix with sauce It will be wonderful Next if you are cooking Spicy rice-cakes or Spicy braised chicken something that requires heat then you will boil for just about 14 min and drop it in the dish thats cooking and mix that up It will be wonderful I got the abalones from Sap-Gyo It was so so fresh and the sauce too after you make the sauce I added water to it at the end but if you add some sprite to it it will become sweet and refreshing if you add broth instead it will be a more flavorful savory dish I just added plain water If you make it like so, it will be so so so so yummy Gonna go now~ BYEEEE Oz~ Love ya!
