Stir- Fried Beef Brisket With Mung Bean Sprouts Ingredients in Description 🙂 Slice up onions very thinly Slice up Green onions thinly as well (Use the leaf parts, not the stem) Peel off the edges of garlic roots Crush(by knife) and mince up a handful of garlic as finely as possible Blanch the Mung bean sprouts for 1 min in boiled water Mince up chilli pepper (Optional for extra spice) Salt & Pepper into the slightly blanched sprouts Add finely chopped onion slice , green onions , chilli pepper and mix Add sesame oil (1 TB) Now for the yummy sauce Add minced garlic to peanut butter sauce (add lukewarm water if too PB is too chunky) Mix in sweet soy sauce (Divide amounts of soy sauce in the peanut butter to mix well) You’re all set for frying the beef now –
Stir fry and add salt & pepper If you have any rice wine(cooking wine) add 1 TB
