I’m going to show a couple of ways how to seasoning a chicken. After you add all the
ingredients you can start mixing the you can use a spatula, chopped sticks, and in this
case I would use my hands. My hands are clean so the last ingredient is corn starch remember
you add that after you mix the previous ingredients and then we give it one last toss. The corn
starch basically helps all the marinade stick to the meat and that is why we want to add
that other else the seasoning can not get into the flesh itself. Then we put the lid
and you can put the chicken in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
