do with your hand movement. These lifts are sometimes offensive, sometimes
defensive. Defensively, if you are kicking at me, it
allows me to get away from your kick. You kick is off target as I move away and then
I kick your leg. You can get away and there is a lot of kicking going on, right?
You have to get away and you have to know which leg you are going to kick.
In the form you do not kick hard, or show the application, you just put the foot down.
