Hi! This is Anindya. I am here again with your favorite cooking show Rooftop Rannaghar. Today Susmita will be our guest cook. Let’s see what she is going to cook today. Welcome to Rooftop Rannaghar, Susmita! What is your dish today? So, what are the ingredients? How do we start? First, we have to make Chicken Keema Masala. Two tablespoons of refined oil. When the oil is hot, add the chicken keema. After shallow fry, add chopped onion. One and a half cup of chopped onion is added with the same amount of keema. The frying is done. What should we do next? Now we add the capsicum. And one teaspoon of chopped garlic. Chopped green chilies are to be added according to taste. Don’t forget that. I don’t like it hot. So it’s better to give small amount of chilies for me. Now we add salt. Then 1/3rd teaspoon of black pepper powder and 1/2 teaspoon of oregano. After frying it well, we add tomato sauce. And some sugar. Two tablespoons of tomato sauce. The stuffing material is ready. I keep this aside. Now I need a flat pan (Tawa). We will whisk the eggs. We are adding two tablespoons of cornflour with two eggs. And some black pepper powder and salt. Omelette is ready. Now we will stuff it with the keema masala. It’s ready. I need a serving plate now. I shall cut it into two pieces. So, one omelette is ready. You will make another one in the same way, right? Yes. Two omelettes are made. Now it’s time for garnishing. It’s looking wonderful with the flower made of tomato and some mint leaves. It’s absolutely done. Only a little tomato sauce is to be added. Chicken Stuffed Omelette is ready to eat. Crunchy stuffed chicken omelette has the tangy and sweet flavor of tomato sauce. It’s not that hot. It tastes so good! The omelette is crunchy and crispy for the egg-cornflour mix. It’s a wonderful recipe! Thanks for coming here, Susmita. Please subscribe our channel. Share your valuable comments. And like our episodes.
