Onion (1) Garlic cloves (8-10) Ginger (1 inch) tomatoes (3) Green chilies (3) Salt (1 tsp) Red chili flakes (1 tbsp) Red chili powder (1 tsp) Coriander Powder (1 tbsp) Turmeric Powder (1/2 tsp) Cover & cook for 6-7 mins Let it cool down so mwe can chop it to make thick paste Add oil (1/2 cup) in a pan Cumin (1 tsp) Chicken (700 g) Stir fry for few mins After the chicken turns white, add tomato paste we prepared before. Add spinach(1.5 kg), washed an chopped Cover & cook for 5 mins. Let it’s water dries out. After water dries, stir fry until oil seperates. Green chilies (6-7) Garam Masala(1 tsp) Serve & enjoy!
