welcome to Gowri Samyalarai Chettinadu Chicken Curry Check the description for Ingredients and steps in English Its a spicy and tasty dish Chicken – 1 KG 1 Big Onion and 15 small onions chopped 3 big tomato chopped Curry and coriander leaves Ginger garlic paste – 2 teaspoon 2 green chilies 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder Ingredients to grind Fresh Masala Corainder seeds – 3 tablespoon 1 tablespoon pepper 10 red chilies 1/4 teaspoon Fenugreek seeds (Vendhyam) 1 Biriyani leaf 3 cardamom 3 small pieces of cinnamon barks 2 Marathi Moggu (Kapok buds) 1 Star Anise 5 or 6 cloves Jeera 1 teaspoon Saunf 1 teaspoon Add this masala ingredients in a pan (except jeera and saunf) and fry them.
