Good morning – today we make a meatloaf – and for that we are going to need minced meat (five hunderd grams), then 60 gram bread crubs, two eggs, one onion finely chopped and for spicing we use a mustard – also be used is a bit marjoram and salt and also a little bit oil in the mixture. We take the eggs: one, two and mix it a little bit with the meat. Right – then we put salt on – you can also use cayenne pepper if you like that if you like it a little bit hotter or a little bit of curry which is also very nice that s depends on the taste of the individual. Then we use one teaspoon full of mustard and the onions, one tablespoon oil and the bread crumbs – now we mix everything – I’ll mix it first like that and afterwards I knead it like a dough – so that all the ingredients are going to be evenly distributed and into the meat. It seems quite nicely mixed already – just make sure that we don’t have one place which is full of mustard and the other one has too much pepper or so. So we mix it well – and then we use our rectangular bowl up which we have already buttered and fill with our meat in today – make a nice loaf – and a little too much, but will fit. Okay – the lid on top – then we are ready to put it into the sunshine. Now we go outside in the sunshine and put it outside in the sun oven.
