Hello Friends, Today I will show you butter chicken recipe. Ususally some make butter chicken using tomato. I will make butter chicken without tomato. I have already shown ingredients in slide show. Marinate for minimum half an hour and maximum 2-3 hour. Add half tsp chat masala and half tsp garam masala, Add salt, onion ginger garlic paste, Hung curd 1 1/2 tbsp, Beat curd nicely so that no lumps remain. Mix well. There should be no water in chicken before marination. To buy this pan click on the link given below in description box. Take pan and pour 1 tbsp ghee/clarified butter and 1 tbsp butter. I have marinated chicken for 1 hour. Place all chicken pieces in pan and cook on low flame for 10 minute without covering. Flame is medium. Now turn all pieces and cook from other side. Now turn flame to low. Cook for further 5-7 minute. It’s cooked from both sides. I tasted for salt. It’s perfect-very succulent soft. Add rest of the spices-garam masala, chat masala and fenugreek leaves. Mix with light hands. Now switch off gas and add cream. Mix well. Switch on flame and Cook for 2 minute only.
