Hi, everyone. We are making very tasty Chicken Biryani. Today I will share you a recipe if you will follow the recipe till the end it will be very tempting and delicous. To make the process easy, we have made it in 3 steps. Ingredients for the 1st step: Chicken, yogurt, ginger & garlic paste, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, salt to taste and turmeric powder. For our 1st step we will marinate the chicken with all of the above ingredients. mix all the ingredients well. Cover & leave for 30 minutes. Ingredients for the 2nd step: 2 medium sized onion thinly sliced, 1tbsp whole Garam masala, 2-3 bay leaves, 5-6 dried plums, 3 whole red chilies, Ingredients for the 3rd step: 3 green chilies, some mint leaves, some coriander leaves, 2 tomatoes cut in small cubes, a pinch of nutmeg & mace powder, 1 potato and few drops of kewra essence. Now we start our 2nd step In a saucepan add 1/2 cup of oil & sliced onion to fry till golden brown. add the whole garam masala add whole red chilies & bay-leaves and fry for a minutes then add the marinated chicken. also add dried plums. Now in a frying pan we wll fry the potatoes in 1/2 cup of oil, when the potato starts to change color slightly, we will remove them add these potato cubes in to the chicken mixture and add 1/2 cup of water & cook on low flame till the potato are tender. 3 rd step We have already washed and soaked long grained basmati rice for half an hour. Now we will cook them adding salt to taste, some whole garam masala and cumin seeds. Cook till the rice are 3/4 done, remove from the fire and drain out the water. Now we have added 1/2 of the rice in a pot spread the chicken mixture over it. add some tomato cubes over it green chilies, coriander & mint leaves. spread the remaining rice on the top. sprinkle nutmeg and mace powder, a few drops of kewra essence and yellow color. Now cover & cook on a very low flame for 15 minutes. Tasty Chicken biryani is now ready to serve. Don’t forget to give your feedback in the comments below.
