Hello~ I am Kani jjang~(^^*) Annyeong~❤️ Today I have prepared Korean spicy chicken stew. I will eat well~(^^*) Chicken was slightly boiled in advance. Potato, Onion, Carrot Prepacked chicken stew sauce Mashed garlic Water Red pepper powder Rice cake Noodles Green onion Green chili This spicy chicken stew is called
“Dak bokkeumtang” in Korea. This is very popular as a side dish
both for the rice and liquor. And I like dakbokkeumtang too. (^^*) Actually I eat this very often. I really wonder why I didn’t eat this so far
in my mukbang video. Noodles are frequently used as topping
for various Korean foods. Such toppings are called “Sari” Because I added instant noodles today, this is “ramyun sari” But the word “Sari” is not used for dessert topping. Dessert topping is called “topping”, the same (^^*) In the mart scene, did you see
that I bought this green onion kimchi? Many brands are selling green onion kimchi
as prepacked foods. If you can’t find it, ask a staff where “Pa kimchi” is. Green onion kimchi is “Pa kimchi” in Korea. (^^*) After I added dak bokkeumtang sauce
and red pepper powder, stew turned red. But it tasted not that spicy. Stew was a bit spicy and salty.
and slightly sweet. Hot Potato (^^*) This black thing is laver, a kind of seaweed. It is called “Gim” in Korea. This laver was grilled on the fire after sesame oil and salt were spread on the surface. This laver is very crunch and tastes salty. It goes well with steamed rice. Did you recognize that this chicken leg is quite big? This is Korean traditional chicken called “Tojongdak” Farmers usually keep tojongdak free on the ground, so that they can move actively. That’s why meat of tojongdak is
more chewy than ordinary one. Black pan that I use is made of cast iron. It can preserve the heat for long time. I was surprised because foods were sometimes too hot. Especially potato! Some people advise me not to eat too hot foods. To be honest, I try to cool down the foods
several times before eating. But such scenes are usually removed during editing. I recorded this video on Chirstmas eve. I think many grandchildren of old couple
living on the upper floor celebrated Christmas. They ran on the floor, smashed the door and dragged the chair while recording is going on. I tried to remove such noise as much as I can. But there was too much. So please excuse me although there is some noise in this video. It is raining here. It rains too often in this winter. I have never experienced a winter like this. Korean climate seems to be changed
to a subtropical climate (^^*) I can save money for buying 4 seasons clothes (^^*) This is sparkling yoghurt. Gas was so strong like sprite. Now I am gonna make spicy chicken fried rice. Making fried rice with remained sauce is
common practice in Korea. You can eat like me in many Korean restaurants. (^^*) When you find fried rice with low cost in the menu, it would be like this. (^^*) Please try this when you come to Korea. (^^*) Thank you for watching my video (^^*) Today I cooked dak bokkeumtang
with sauce that I bought in a mart. It was very yummy. I could enjoy nice meal today!
See you again!!
