Today we’ll make, A quick and tasty street food and
that is Anda Keema (Egg mince). So come let’s make the recipe. Firstly we’ll add Oil. Now we add in 2 Onions, finely chopped. Sauté it till Onions turn pink
not more than that. We’ll add in 2 Green Chillies, finely chopped. 2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste. We’ll sauté this well and
cook the Ginger-Garlic paste. We’ll now add 2 ground Tomatoes. We’ll sauté this well. We now add the dry spices. Salt as per taste. 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder since
we’ve already added Green Chillies. Some Turmeric Powder. 1/2 tsp Cumin Seed Powder. 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder. We’ll mix all this well. Some Water. Till our gravy is cooking we’ll grate the eggs. Here I have taken 3 Boiled eggs. You can also grate it directly in the pan. We’ll now mix this quickly. We’ll also add in some Water. Some more Water. We’ll mash the Eggs completely. We’ll mash the small pieces too. Lastly we’ll add in some Fresh cream. Little Mixed spices powder. And Coriander Leaves. And here’s our Anda Keema ready. Our Anda Keema is ready to serve.
