I noticed when editing that there was pork on the handle. 2Tbsp Mirin,2.5Tbsp SoySauce and 2～4g Bonito Place the oven paper so that the ingredients do not collapse. 300～400ml Water and 2Tsp Chicken stock powder It is OK if the soup is boiled. White celery and carrot salad Cut the celery into pieces that are easy to eat. Simmered Daikon and Pork 1 Carrot,White celery,1Tbsp Honey,1Tbsp Vinegar,1Tsp Oil,A pinch of Salt and Pepper. Celery has a strong flavor, so it is recommended for those who like celery. Adding lemon juice and slices makes it easier to eat Burdock is peeled and soak in water.
Use for seasoned rice and stir fry. Stir-Fry Konjac and Burdock Konjac is boiled to get rid of the scum. 2～3 minutes. Onion soup Seasoned rice with meat and burdock 300g Rice 100g Ground meat （Lightly seasoned）1Tbsp Sake,1Tsp SoySauce （Rich seasoning）1Tbsp Sake,1Tbsp SoySauce,1Tbsp Mirin and 1Tsp Sugar. 2Tbsp SoySauce,2Tbsp Sake,2Tbsp Mirin and 280ml～300ml Water. Add the ingredients last. 1/2Tsp Chopped ginger Add deep-Fried-tofu. Soak the sliced onions in the water. Potato salad 1/2 Onion(Squeeze out the water.) and 1/4 Carrot.Microwave500w 2～3 minutes. 2 Potatoes also soak in water and warm in the microwave. Microwave500w 5～7 minutes.When hard, add time. Kumquat soaked in water. 110g(＝11Tbsp) Sugar(half the weight of kumquat) and about 200ml Water. Simmer for 30 minutes while taking foam. Squeeze out the water. 1 Sliced Cucumber and A pinch of Salt. Once the potatoes cool down a little, mix the ingredients. 3～4Tbsp Mayonnaise,1/2Tsp Mustard and Pepper.
